In addition to the aforementioned data, we might process the following sensitive data of you or your employees:
- Citizen Service Number (Dutch: BSN)
- Payment data, such as bank account numbers
- Copies of your proof of identity
Why do we need this data?
We process the personal data of you or your employees and former employees in order to be able to carry out the following services:
- Implementing project management
- Requesting building permits, etc.
As the commissioning party, you or your employer provide us with these objectives.
How long do we save the data?
We save this data only as long as we need it for carrying out our assignment or until the legal retention period of the data has expired.
Sharing the data
Quadrant4 BV shares data with third parties only if this is necessary for carrying out our assignment and if our commissioning party has agreed explicitly to this.
What is a cookie?
Using a session cookie
Using a session cookie, we can see which parts of the website you have viewed during your visit. This allows us to adapt our services as best as possible to the surf behaviour of our visitors. These cookies are automatically removed as soon as you close your web browser.
Via our website, a cookie is placed by the American company Google as part of the Analytics service. We use this service to stay updated and to receive reports about how visitors use the website. Google states that it complies with the Privacy Shield principles and is associated with the Privacy Shield programme of the American Department of Commerce. This means that there is an appropriate protection level for processing any potential personal data.
Right to view and correct or delete your data
You have the right to request to view and correct or delete your data. To do so, please contact us by email or telephone. To prevent any misuse, we may ask you to identify yourself adequately. If it concerns viewing the personal data linked to a cookie, you have to send us a copy of the relevant cookie. You can retrieve this in the settings of your browser.

Viewing, adjusting or deleting data

Quadrant4 BV handles your data with utmost care and takes appropriate measures to protect this data.

- Furthermore, where possible and where it is supported, we also use Multi factor authentication (MFA) as additional security;
