Sustainable construction and installation is not an option. It's a must. Therefore Quadrant4 has been a sustainability specialist already for a long time. We are fully at home in the quality marks BREEAM-NL New Construction and Renovation, BREEAM-NL In-Use and in the WELL guidelines (WELL Building Standard). As an independent party, the Commissioning Manager supervises quality control and performance assurance. This requires a pragmatic approach and integral knowledge of all installation disciplines. This role was made for us. In addition to coordinating and monitoring the chosen technical installation measures, there is also a direct link to risk management within the project.
